Background Analysis
On November 27, 2017, the Department of Regulatory Services initiated rental license revocation proceedings against all residential dwelling licenses related to the properties owned by Don Klyberg for failure to abide by MCO 244.1910(13a). Mr Klyberg appealed the revocation, an appeal hearing was held and the hearing officer upheld the revocation action based on MCO 244.1910(13a). Mr. Klyberg failed to appear.
